PARK RULES AND TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Arrival & Departure Times: You are welcome to arrive from 11:00am for sites and from 1:00pm for units, through to our reception closing time. If you would like to check in earlier you will need to book for the night before. If you intend to arrive after reception closes, please let us know so we can arrange a late check in. To avoid disruption to our existing guests, we do not allow any campervan, caravan or camping arrivals into our park after 9pm.
Emergency Information:
For fire, police or ambulance dial 111, then call reception on (03) 3027 257 so we can assist you before they arrive, and let emergency services in
Don’t be alarmed if you hear a loud siren, this is our local fire brigade/medical first responders helping someone in our community
The Assembly Point is located in the playground area – look out for the green sign
A first aid kit and defibrillator is located at reception
In the event of an emergency please follow the direction of our staff. If we require you to evacuate the park or act quickly, you will hear continuous loud horn tooting/blasts.
Electrical Warrant: If you are plugging your caravan/motorhome/RV into our power system you are required by law to have a current Electrical Warrant of fitness (eWOF) and we will check this on your arrival if we don’t already have this info on file for your vehicle. If you do not have a current eWOF we will not be able to place you onto a powered site. Small vans without a connectable installation, teardrops or tents wanting to plug into power do not require an eWOF as long as your camping cord has an RCD which can be tested. Management reserves the right to refuse entry and to disconnect any leads it deems as unsafe. If you have any questions about this please call us before your arrival.
