In this class you will choose from a wide range of hand made Lino stamps to design your table runner. Options include flowers, butterflies, homesteading and geometric patterns. You will learn how to prepare the paint, print and how to heat set your artwork which you will do at home. Ages 13+, limit 2 per class.

We take novices though to experienced riders and always go at the pace of the least experienced trekker.

Up to 5 people can book online so please be aware that you may be part of a larger group trekking.  Private treks by appointment only.

Treks are suitable for adults under 90kg and children over 7 years old who are at least 35kg.  Please enquire for smaller children or solo trekking.

Learn the basics of spin fishing from our resident anglers Peter and Nathan.  They will teach you about the gear you need, fishing techniques, lure selection, knot tying, casting, retrieving techniques, how to fight and land a fish, as well as Q & A.  Suitable for ages 7 and up.
The experience will give you a better chance to catch our resident brown and rainbow trout.
The Price includes a full day rod hire, plus 2 lures you can take home.
Refund available if class cancelled due to heavy rain.

Make a pot basket from rattan. We’ll learn basic weaving techniques and you will leave with a small basket perfect for pens, tea bags, dried flowers, and more!
Suitable for ages 8 - adult

In this class, we will roll out a slab, cut it to size, and decorate with your choice of stamps, ferns, wheat, lavender or leaves. Kids can even imprint their hand for a special gift! You can choose to make a rectangle, oval or circular tray.
We will glaze and fire your pieces for you, allow up to 4 weeks for this.  Postage is not included - we can organise drop off to Napier, or post at your expense. 
Suitable for ages 10 - adult.

Sit down at the potter’s wheel and we will help you make your own pot! Come prepared to be creative and have fun- we will make a pot on the wheel and you’ll choose which glaze you’d like. We will fire and glaze your pot for you, please allow up to 4 weeks for this. 
Includes 2 firings of the item as well as your choice of glaze.  
Postage is not included - we can organise drop off to Napier, or post at your expense.

Suitable for ages 10- adult.

Spend about an hour with your hands in the clay- from clay preparation, centering, and learning to pull even walls, you will learn the basics of throwing pottery on the wheel.  Choose up to 3 of your pieces that we will glaze and fire for you.
(Includes 2 firings of the item as well as your choice of glaze.)

Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to finish your piece.
