Standard Booking Policy:

Standard Cancellation policy: Cancellations within 2 days of arrival* will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking cost. Note the standard policy does not apply to event weekends or public holidays.

Standard Policy Deposit/Payment: $1 deposit is required to confirm your booking. Your card will be charged the remaining balance 2 days before arrival at which point your booking will be non changeable/refundable.

Driftaway Queenstown is a non-smoking/vaping and cashless property. Only registered guests are allowed on site, no visitors are permitted.

Number of Guests: Please make sure to choose the correct number of people for your stay above to give you accurate rates below.

Motorhomes/caravans over 8.5m: Please contact us for availability to ensure we have one of our extra large sites available

Tents: All tent bookings are by inquiry only.

Transaction Fee: A 2% Transaction fee applies to all credit card payments.

Dogs: Guests travelling with dogs are not permitted to book rooms, camping sites only are by inquiry, we have a maximum number we can accept at any time.

Group Bookings: Unfortunately Driftaway Queenstown will not accept group bookings of more than 2 rooms or sites travelling together.

Peak Booking Policy, 19th-21st June 2025. Public Holiday, Matariki. If your booking dates fall on ANY of these dates then our peak cancellation and deposit policy will apply.

Peak Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation outside of 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Any cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking total.

Peak Deposit Policy: A minimum of one night stay deposit payment is required.

Full payment: Will be charged to the card on file 7 days prior to arrival.
